Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Due to the customization of products unfortunately no refunds or returns will be accepted. Refunds will be considered if the item contains a factory default such as a misspelling or incorrect print. (PS This will only be considered if the mistake is from our side )

If the item is not under our custom made products it can be exchanged for a gift certificate.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging & delivery fees will fall upon the customer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damaged goods

Please note we are not LIABLE for items that are damaged or lost during transportation. Our team will ensure to place items in protective packaging and make use of a reliable courier. In the event of an unexpected incident we will not be able to issue a refund, dependant on the circumstance we will consider a replacement.

Shipping returns

If any item is shipped back to us it will be at the cost of the customer unless it is considered a factory default.
